Before launching his career in real estate, Terry served as Deputy Director of the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, raising funds in the federal workplace on behalf of charitable organizations. Prior to that Terry capped a successful career at the U.S. Postal Service as Assistant Treasurer and as an Associate Vice President in business development. In 2000, Terry received the Postmaster General Award for his leadership and innovative problem-solving skills.
Terry has lived in the Washington area for 24 years, although he has called many places home, having grown up in a Navy family. Terry and his wife are converts to the joys of urban living. In early 2004, they sold their split level home in Virginia to move into a condo in the exciting Penn Quarter of Washington, DC. They have never looked back.
Terry believes in giving back to the community and has been a volunteer all of his adult life. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Neighborhood Association, on the Transportation and Public Space Committee of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6C, as a docent at the National Archives and Records Administration and on the board of the National Archives Volunteer Association.
Terry works with clients in all phases of real estate, whether selling or buying their homes.
